Today we interview Deborah Spence who is the Assistant Director at the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services for the US Department of Justice. For many years I have known her as Debs. She has been a colleague and friend and is an accomplished figure skater and also a figure skating judge. Debs has a rich history and tells us several stories about how growing up figuring skating contributed into making her the person she is today.
