I had the pleasure of interviewing Mike Mackey who is the Director of Court Services for the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have known Mike for a number of years and I consider him a good friend. I worked with him on a gang task force in Alexandria, Virginia. Mike is originally from Boston and is a dedicated Boston sports fan but somehow cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers. You can hear in this interview that Mike has a big heart and loves to help people and very practical ways. I was inspired talking with him about the legacy he inherited and the one he is leaving behind.
